This man made possible my dog came out safely from customs. Spent 4 hours with me, walking around, helping paying my fees (yes, he put down money for me when I didn’t have it) and thanks to him my dog is at home now. Heroes without a cape. Best service you can get, he does everything he can for your pet.
He is absolutely amazing! Sorting it out was very easily done even with the 20 questions I had. The owner is also a driver who wasmy sister meet, Paithoon, I was told he was lovely and seemed to genuinely care about dog. She was really impressed by him. I even was able to check halfway through, that everything was alright. And KunBua with her family, at the other end, when she picked up Alice(aka Donut), were amazing! He arrived in good condition, safe and sound which I was not expecting after the long trip and happily jumped all over KunBua as well. Which tells me, he was happy the whole trip. If I ever needed to move my pet (who is my family member) again and was unable to do so myself, I will definately be booking these guy. Amazing job once again and I can not thank you guy enough!
