Very good quality horse blankets, at a very low price for such good quality. also LOVE THE RIDING BOOTS: comfortable, practical, and stylish. Again all good prices for such good quality. Very knowlegable about their products, was a great help. fast delivery, prompt and in good condition.

Purchased a number of items for our horse and disappointingly several items have been sub-standard. These included x 2 head collars which broke within a couple of weeks as the metal connections just fractured (not trodden on by horse). This included the metal clips for lead rope and head collar. One broke when our horse was been led out by the owner of the yard and once with our daughter a few days later. Following this, the reins buckles fell apart, all of which made controlling our horse challenging and potentially dangerous. Customer service was exceptionally poor and completely dismissive. The owners reluctantly sent out replacements which were too small. We had to use these temporarily until able to get to a replacement. Despite providing photos and returning requested items a full refund has never been received. Cheap is not always better and having purchased same items from local store (lovely customer service) for a bit more I have had no problems whatsoever
