Dr. Keesling was amazing! Couldn't be better! Knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate. Great bedside manner, but to the task as well. I just loved her! Can't say enough!

UPDATE: 1/22/21 - Lowering to one star. Phone number that was included in the \owner response\ for me to follow up has been busy for 2 days straight-all day. Also today received a \warning\ letter from UCHealth regarding our missed appointment (again UCHealth gave us the wrong address to go to) and that we better not miss another appointment. It's more obvious now that there is absolutely NO communication within this business. Still waiting to hear from management but doubt that will happen. We have changed health clinics already. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Have missed two appointments with doctors due to UC Health giving us WRONG address information. Absolutely no follow up calls from clinic management to apologize or find out how we're doing. It's left to us to do the leg work. Having a father with severe Alzheimer's make these mistakes quite enhanced. Also there seems to be no internal communication as our primary physician was wondering why we missed a specialist appointment?!?! All-in-all our \local\ medical practice really has declined since the takeover of UC Health and it's time to look elsewhere where personalized service is important and a priority. The ONLY reason for 2 stars is the hospital end of things is good, not the Family Medicine.

The office staff and doctors are outstanding. They are accommodating, friendly and caring. My various health needs are always treated with concern and respect. I have used UCHealth Family Medicine office for years and have been extremely satisfied with their services.
