Whitney is great at explaining nutrition down to the basics. I am not in the field of nutrition and having someone so patient and knowledgeable help explain the basics to me was greatly appreciated. Whitney didn’t just say follow this diet, she gave an actual explanation on the why and how to make the best choices for myself. She also has sooo many tips on how to meal prep and make healthy choices on the go!
Whitney is amazing at what she does. She helps you implement your goals in a workable way for your lifestyle. Many dieticians tell their clients, \you should do this\ but there is no follow up support or problem solving, which is a waste of time and money for the client. She's the best!
Working with Whitney allowed me to understand my cravings, easily navigate through the overload of ingredient and nutrient information, and really understand how food impacts my digestive system!
