What an amazing care / nursing home..... The activities there are 2nd to none! Wish every home could have a Marion

Made an inquiry for urgent care for my Mother visited the home, completed forms and advised funding privately so no delay would be happening from our side. I was initially impressed but have not heard anything from them since. Not even a call to follow up. I would not bother again with this home have found others to be more proactive and Mum now settled elsewhere Your concerns are noted - however we did have medication and I have not had any missed calls so not sure if you were calling the correct number - but all good now

I just want to let you know how pleased my family and I are with the care my mother, Joyce Stirling, received at Cloverfields Care Home from the day she went into care to the day she died. The Matron, Cath and all the staff who looked after my mother are so kind, caring and professional. We would visit our mother as often as possible and were always made to feel very welcome and we also felt very settled knowing she was in such good hands. Nearer the end of her life, mum was in bed most the time and the staff were magnificent. She got a lot of 'Tender Loving Care' and I am sure they treated mum in the same way they would have looked after one of their own family. We will be forever grateful to these wonderful angels. .
