Easy to get hold of, came to give a free quote and guaranteed to beat any like for like quote I received. Didn't need that guarantee as they quoted well under larger companies anyway and I prefer to go with independents. Turned up on time, really polite and explained everything well. Minimal disruption caused on doing the work and even did some additional pointing to brickwork free of charge. Would recommend

Falsely claiming to be a Which? trusted trader. Contacted Which? and this was confirmed directly by them (see screenshot attached). Which? confirmed that Watertight are even using a fake certificate on their website. Avoid.
These guys were very thorough in their investigation of the issues and produced an excellent clear report explaining what needed to be done any more importantly why. They also priced each individual recommendation separately which was very helpful. When the work was undertaken, they again were very professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up very well. Highly recommended.
I recently used Watertight homes for a damp proof course on my home, the work they did was excellent, the team made sure my house was spotless before they left which I highly appreciated!. The staff were very polite, full of energy and always willing to answer any questions that are necessary and they are very knowledgeable around any aspect of the job. Matthew was very helpful through the process, I found that he was always available over telephone to discuss any questions that were necessary and Matthew also made sure that the service we was given was fantastic but most importantly safe. I would defiantly use Watertight homes for anymore work that needs doing in my home as I know the quality of the work that they provide. I would definitely highly recommend Watertight homes to any family or friends and anyone else that needs any work doing, there service was fabulous. Our home is now Watertight!!!!
