I made a request online, on Sunday. The email I received said that I would hear from them. If I didn’t, I should call the phone number in the email. I called the number on Tuesday. I was told rather directly, that they are fully booked, all week and no vans are available. Now I have to make alternative arrangements. The lady on the phone was rather affronted and direct. It seems to me that my calling was bothering her somehow.

Van was clean and the luton van which I hired had a tail lift which made it so much easier when loading .

Required a long wheel base van for 5 days, the vehicle was nearly new and in great condition, great fuel economy with an average of 34mpg over a 1000 miles of motorways and town driving in London. Will use again without a doubt.
