Run, do not walk, away from this provider. Prescribed then cut off medication through nurse by phone with no explanation. Do not go to Dr. Motamedi if you want consistent care or to be treated with respect.

I made an appointment with this office for a sleep disorder issue. I had a last minute work trip but it was important to address my sleep issue immediately so I spent 300 on round trip train tickets to get to my appointment on time. I also woke up in the middle of the night to make it. As I'm unboarding the train I get a call saying the doctor was too sick to make it. I was upset about spending the money and the fact that at 9am it seemed more like a made up excuse. The receptionist promised to follow up as soon as she could to reschedule. I never got that call. When I asked if I could have my copay waived to make up for the train ticket expense she didn't even entertain the idea. I waited a week and called back then she said they wouldn't have another appointment for 5-6 weeks. I waited over a month of this appointment. Going into a busy work season getting my sleep issue address was extremely important. This doctor and his entire office didn't seem to care one bit. I would avoid this office at all costs.
