Visited today and had a perfect place to watch the balloons start and enjoyed a great dinner with carpaccio as starter, fried pasta from the grill with shrimps and a delicious creme brulee. Service is very good and location of course as well

I would rate my experience as poor. Nobody came and checked on us during the meal to ask how our dishes were. I recommend avoiding the Ribeye steak - Not tender and flavorless. I didn’t eat 80% of the steak and nobody asked if it was ok when they pulled my plate. Definitely won’t come back here... much better restaurants providing higher quality food and service in Warsaw.

Didn't have a good experience here. We came for coffee and dessert. Although the view and interior were nice, the service was extremely disappointing. Even though we stated that we came for coffee upon arrival, the menu we received did not include drinks(!), and when we went to ask for the menu with drinks, we were told that they were going to bring it to us. After having to wait for 5 minutes without anybody coming by (keep in mind the restaurant was nearly empty - it was just us and one other table), we went looking for it and found it in a pile. Ordering wasn't easy either. Nobody came to take the order so we had to go to the reception again to call someone over. The worst part of the experience was the payment. When we wanted to pay, the waiter told us that the \electronic payment system was shut down\, and that only way to pay was by cash. They didn't tell us that when we arrived or ordered. It was a big problem for us as we needed the change for parking later on. We also did not receive a receipt. As we wound up only ordering coffee, this led us to wonder whether the waiter actually registered the order, and if the \electronic payment system failure\ was made up. Regardless, it was a bit shady. Bad service, definitely won't be coming back.

I enjoyed the starters and wine (Las Mulas Reserva - Cabernet Sauvignon) but did not enjoy the Entrecota steak (300g) Hereford / Bearnaises sauce /asparagus / oyster mushroom / new potatoes / fresh herbs (ordered medium rare but got well done and in general the meat was like a gum or sponge, my jaw still aches after all that chewing). Nice view, outdoor seating so if you're around give it a try but traveling there on purpose... I wouldn't bother.
