Went in today as a new donor. It was super busy and I could tell the staff was working their tails off. I had to wait awhile, the whole thing took about 4 hours. But I had time and patience. I could tell the staff was stretched thin but never once wavered from being kind, friendly, and supportive for my first day. I was actually surprised that it seemed they were going out of their way to answer questions and make me feel welcomed/ comfortable. Other than it taking longer than normal, it was a very pleasant experience for my first time.

Everyone is very friendly. The donation process is very easy. They have free wi-fi. Staff checks on you throughout the donation process to make sure you are feeling okay and things are going well. I was able to watch the whole series of Breaking Bad (1 episode every donation) on Netflix.

My daughter had an appointment to donate. When she arrived she was “greeted” with rude staff, disorganization and long lines. She waited over an hour before she was directed to another line to wait for her physical . During that time she Witnessed staff yelling and treating people poorly. Now reading the reviews I see that this has been an issue for quite some time and obviously has not been addressed. We will not be going here again nor will we be recommending this place to anyone else. Read the reviews people and notice biolife gives the same response to every review. Nothing is being done to change this.

I have been donating here forever, I love the staff and the facility is super nice. Very organized and professional all while keeping the donation fun and upbeat. Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to. I have donated at the St. Cloud center as well and this is my preferred center :) This donation center is fast, fun, and professional.

Made an appointment and showed up slightly early. Was told I needed have a seat and wait after checking in. After 30 minutes of sitting I left. I made a 2nd appointment. This time I arrived about 3 minutes early. Was told to go wait in the car until my 9am scheduled appointment. Went back in at 9am. Again checked in right on time at 9am. After sitting for 20 minutes and not being seen I again left. The incompetence is annoying. If they are unable to follow a simple schedule how can one expect them to make sure they are safely following their procedures?
