I met with the dealership and went through two hours of purchasing a GV 83.5 prestige package. The deal was completely written up with Vin numbers etc. and a deposit was given so the vehicle could be brought to the dealership. Up on finalizing the deal, the manager came back out after 15 or 20 minutes and advised me that the car had purchased Was being driven by the managers wife at another location and was now not available. I think this was a ploy and will not do business with this dealership. I felt it was an unethical transaction as how could you sell a vehicle that was not in the inventory

The service department has improved significantly in the last year. Nick, the shop foreman, does a great job. Have had better luck getting a good loaner and valet service. My car always comes back to me washed and vacuumed which is awesome.

Bait and switch pricing. They advertise a car for well under MSRP. After several back and forth emails, they admit that the advertised price is including both the 5k cashback from the manufacturer if you pay cash, AND the 4k rebate if you finance. Guess what -- you can't EVER qualify for both rebates. It's impossible. So why in the hell would they advertise that price? To get you in the door. Shady, shady tactics. Shame on this dealership and shame on Genesis for allowing this. I'll stick with the Germans for now.
