My family and I visited this church and only one person greeted us. Besides showing up late due to the time on website being wrong. We stood around after church waiting on someone to say Hello. Worship was good though. The guy who did altar music was awesome.

Pastor Paul seems like a nice enough guy. Pastor Aaron, on the other hand, seems more concerned with draining volunteers dry through \service\ and making them feel guilty when they have obligations that occasionally bar them from serving. Leaving was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I just noticed two 1-star reviews which is normally a bad thing. But, in this case, it is a good thing because the visitors found the wrong website to place a review, an easy mistake to make.There are two Encounter Churches. There is no Pastor Paul or Pastor Aaron at this Encounter Church. The Encounter Church of Tulsa (2828 S 129th) goes out of their way to make visitors feel welcome. I did when I first came a year ago and we have been there ever since. The pastors are people of prayer and I love that. Children and teens are important to the ministry and it shows. This church is a place where the needs of the whole family will be met.
