The front office staff is extremely rude, and my experience with the doctor has not been much better. Honestly, this is not just about bad service. My issue is that this doctor refuses to refill medication my son needs everyday. Her reasoning being that she needs to see the children annually, which I understand, but he has not seen her due to COVID. Her office cancelled his last visit as a result of COVID and never rescheduled it; however, she is making that our issue. I explained to the office staff that my son is sick and needs to be seen as well as get his medicine refilled, but they did not care. I have never had a doctor refuse my son medicines that the doctor herself made us attend a class telling us how life threatening it was if he was to not receive the medicine. Instead of refilling his inhaler and scheduling an appointment, her office staff was rude, told me they didn't care, hung up on me, and made me call back over 5 times before they would answer the phone again. After speaking with the office manager and requesting to speak with the doctor due to the urgency, she refused, and said this is the doctor's policy. I asked to speak with the doctor anyway, and she very sarcastically took down my phone number, but made sure to let me know the doctor was not going to care and would not return my call. I will never take my son here again. Not only are they unprofessional, but do not care about the wellbeing of children. I would not recommend anyone with a child with a life threatening illness bring their children to this woman. Thankfully, his PCP is amazing and got him in the same day and got him his very much needed medication.

While they did send my son's medical records it required an uncomfortable phone call after not hearing anything for three weeks. This was done by a replacement receptionist and she was very nice. After the first visit, they initially failed to call in all his scripts. Subsequently, one of their practioners quit, resigned, moved on, whatever. They failed to notify us of this! No letter was sent and no phone call made even though they claimed they tried to reach everyone by letter. This meshes with the other reviews about phone calls not returned and lack of communication. They refuse to see new patients without an asthma class, no matter how long the patient has been an asthma patient, as well. So if you want your child to be seen here, just clear a date on your calendar!

I have never had such horrible service from a medical office. They are incapable of returning a phone call about medications they prescribed. Im horrified such incompetent people are working in the medical field, let alone with children.

Dr. Neddenriep. has been my sons Dr. since he was a few months of age, currently my son is 3 years old and I have received nothing but great care from this Dr. Pediatric Pulmonary Associates has great availability for your needs and are quick to return calls for any questions or concerns you might have. Although it seems like she gives your child too many medicines at times, something that made me question this dr. I was able to see the results of the medications quickly which is what was my main concern when it came to my sons health after letting her know my concerns of so many medicines that were being prescribed she was open to making changes to his care plan after my son had been healthy and hadn't had any asthma symptoms for a period of time. My hospital preference is TMC and i love that they are available to go in person when my son is hospitalized due to his asthma. Im very pleased with this facility and the Drs.. that provide care here and recommend to any parent looking for a pulmonary doctor for their child's needs.
