The most amazing hash browns I’ve ever had in my life. They are perfectly crispy and fresh, seasoned just right. It’s hard to find a good place to eat in Tucson, and this place doesn’t disappoint. We waited for just under two hours today on Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely worth it. We had the mimosas, which are a large serving and very tasty. The lemon blueberry pancakes are a wonderful balance of tarte and sweet, with the pancake being both a crispy and soft explosion of breakfast perfection. Hands down will return. Side note-they don’t have ranch here, which I thought was a little strange but it’s okay. This food does not need any extra flavor, it’s of excellent quality. And I’m a ranch enthusiast!

A wonderful brunch spot in Tucson. The food was delicious and they have a dozen different kinds of benedicts. Shoutout to Zeke! You're the best.

I’m from out of town (Michigan), researched brunch places and Baja cafe did not disappoint!!! By far the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. I got the coyote and my fiancé got the danish french toast. The service was beyond amazing and our sever Sarah went out of her way to make our experience one for the books!! She was more than helpful and friendly and just made the overall experience worth it!! Highly recommend checking this place out!! If I could I would give this place 10 stars!!

The line to be seated is more than worth it. The Benedict portions are delicious and quite sizeable, both my friend and I were unable to finish our plates, and we couldn't get over how good the food was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that hasn't tried it yet! As a visitor this was one of my favorite parts of Tucson, apart from the mountain range in the backdrop that you can see if you are sitting in the front of the Cafe.

Love this place! I've been here at least a half-dozen times and never been disappointed. Their breakfast fare is delicious. Portions are very generous (usually can't finish an entire meal; I've learned to share instead of ordering a whole meal). Snickerdoodle pancakes are a highlight, but be ready for a major sugar rush. Their breakfast burro is fantastic, pancakes are great, french toast is terrific...what's not to like, this is a great breakfast place.
