I had a family member that needed a CPAP, after close to 60 days and 20 phone calls to Binsons she finally got a call back that they do not participate with her insurance, she was set up with her CPAP by a Respiratory Therapist at Rotech Professional Breathing Associates in Rochester Hills in 48 hours of reaching out to them!

Beware of 48 hour return policy - I was never informed. I won't be back - it's cheaper to purchase the same cpap products on Amazon....

Went to Binson's yesterday for compression socks, Vera was great to work with, and very polite and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Simply don't give a darn about their clients. I was on the phone for 14 minutes to speak to the switchboard who then sent me to another place where I hung up after another 12. Go anywhere else but here. Zero stars but I can't post without giving one. One is way overstated.
