Best place to have the freshest seafood in the coastline by far! Special mention to the most amazing waiter \Paco\ for such a lovely local experience every time we are there!

We had a stop over in Malaga heading to Zurich for 5 h and we decided to go to Mai y Sergio for lunch. We took a taxi from the airport and left us in front of the door. When the taxi left I realized that I left inside my backpack with mostly every sensible thing inside: documents, PC and lot of money. When we entered the restaurant the lady owner saw us quit panicking and she helped us from the very beginning. Calling the taxi company, identifying the taxi and ultimately finding the driver who then came back to give back the bag . The lady did not even know we were client of the restaurant and was surprised when we told her that we booked for lunch. Beside the exquisite food we had there, I could never be grateful enough to such kindness and helpful attitude. The restaurant, on top, was full of people and she could have easily ignored our needs but oppositely she was the most kind and accommodating person. Senora Mari, por favor sigue asi: con este espiritu y amabilidad. Nos regalo unos ratos de humanidad y jamas lo olvidarè! Muchas gracias! I just look forward to be back in Malaga only to return there.

Sopa marisco - always a good sign when the fish in the soup is tender and fresh and the base was Rico, Rico, Ricoooo, hostia ! Mmmm delicious ! Lubina was great ( seabass ) and the Rosada too, excellent, also the postre .. wow , they are also super rich and fresh

Decent personnel but food/price ratio can be improved, staff looks after you regardless of how packed the place can be. 400gr local fish costs 26 euros, wasn't well cooked when ordered. Would have given it 4 stars but nothing impressive when compared to other chiringuitos in the area.
