Nice square and we had a good coffee in the sun. There is a nice vineyard up the mountain where you can have a great overview of Tirano. It is quite steep and narrow but really rewarding climbing to see the beautiful scenery. The little building has a well landscaped grass plateau up the mountain from where you can see the trains leaving. The entry is at the plus coordinate you can add in Google. Plus coordinate: 659328 Tirano. Hope this helps some getting to this nice view.

Basilica della Madonna: Very beautiful Italian church, built 500 years ago, it is the main attraction site in Tirano. A breath taking church, so ornated with the sculptures, classic stained glass windows, high arch ceiling etc...

We (mother 88yrs) walked over a klm to see chapel, however it was closed (early afternoon) and we cld only walk around it. The outside was ok...I've seen better outsides
