Excellent customer service from Amanda. The shampoo and conditioner is the best I have used. My hair fall now is minimum while I shampoo and condition and the perfume is subtle. The candle collection is very soothing too.
I’ve just picked up the Grapefruit and Geranium Lather hand soap and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had so many complements on this soap in my bathroom that I’m passing on the love this Christmas. Amanda and Rebecca were absolutely wonderful to deal with and the products arrived so beautifully packaged. Luxury service for Luxury products. Highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed!x
Amanda went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my nieces 21st birthday blanket. The blanket she chose was out of stock, but Amanda express posted a beautiful blank card to write the gift voucher details on to give while waiting for the blanket to arrive. Such wonderful customer service, thank you again and I can’t wait to see the blanket when it arrives! Highly recommend.
Recently purchased the Rose Refresh Hydration Mist and am now addicted... Have had to order a few so I can have one with me all the time - desk, handbag and car! The combination of the oils leaves me feeling refreshed and whilst adding moisture to my skin. Highly recommend this product!

Bought something online at a substantial price. Had the item sent to another address as it was a birthday present. In stage 4 lockdown here in Melbourne so none of my local shops were open. The website offered to send a card with a personal message written by me. I filled in all the details but the present arrived with no details about who sent it. No card accompanying the present. No personal message. The Grampians Goods Co says the fault is not their's. They actually sent me an email showing how an order after mine had a message on it so it can't be their fault. It's weird how they don't lose your credit card details though. That part of the website is still working. No apology either. Just blaming the purchaser. In these times, not a great way to do business or keep a customer. Their offer to send a card afterwards came way too late. I won't be a return customer. I cannot wait for all of the wonderful shops in my local area to open again. I'm so disappointed I bought from this company but won't make the mistake again.
