I contacted the branch initially last year as I found myself out of work due to Covid. Nothing was too much for the ladies that work at the Tamworth branch and they were always polite and very helpful. I was very anxious as I had never used an agency before and didn't know what to expect but they quickly put me at ease. I spent a couple of days at a company helping them out and was quickly placed in a temp to perm position through these guys. After 12 weeks I was taken on permanent and I'm now in a completely different role to what I am used to but absolutely love. Thank you ladies, I would definitely recommend Pertemps Tamworth.

I contacted Pertemps after being made redundant recently. They offered me really support not just in terms of finding work but also helped me with my CV, provided me with free online IT training courses and then took me through interview preparation. I have worked with other agencies before and never been given this level of quality service, nothing was too much trouble. I could tell they really cared about me as an individual and helping me secure work. I am delighted that I have now got a Permanent job through Pertemps after carrying out some short term temp work for them. They have also been in contact with me since they found me a permanent job to check how I am getting on - Best agency I have worked with thank you ladies
Absolutely brilliant bunch of girls at the Tamworth branch, honest and upfront with me from the start. I was placed in a perm role by Ella back in 2018 and unfortunately got made redundant at Christmas. Since then they have kept me in some temporary work until something more permanent comes along. Dealt with both Ella and Kerry in branch, nothing is ever too much for them.
Again the same lack of help as the Burton branch who passed me over to the Tamworth branch. Heard absolutely nothing for months when leaving my details. It seems the only work available is warehouse with fork lift truck experience. Awful company.
Good agency very thorough although quite old fashioned. Good one for Tamworth area unlike the other tin pot ones around
