My first time at this clinic. I was more than nervous but found myself more at ease because of the wonderful staff. Autumn was very cheerful and actually quite funny. Heather was very personable and competent. Dr. Yushuva very professional and asked pertinent questions. What impressed me most was his taking time to listen to me. I know I’m in good hands. I highly recommend West Valley Clinic.

What a great experience- which is unusual to say when you consider the type of doctor! Started with Autumn - his nurse with a great sense of humor and super nice and caring! Dr Yushuva was very good. He explained everything very simply and was easy to talk to. Finally Heather scheduled my next appointment, told me exactly what to expect and said she would deal with insurance and any paperwork I needed Highly recommend!

My 81 year old mother was complaining of hemorrhoids for nearly a year, saw a previous doctor, thought she got rid of them, but they came back. She was uncomfortable and complaining daily. Took her to go see Dr. Arthur Yushuva and he was patient, informative and caring of my mother's case. He suggested banding as the best method for someone her age. He banded 2 hemorrhoids and she was slightly uncomfortable for about 2 days and then all the complaints stopped. Everything felt great to her and she no longer had any complaints from the hemorrhoids. Thank you Dr. Yushuva for a great job and excellent care!

Dr. Najafian seems nice however every appointment was rescheduled multiple times and then each was double booked with another patient. Had a procedure mid December and am still waiting for biopsy results at the end of January. There is no record of my procedure in my online medical record. Left a message a couple weeks ago with no response. Talked to Autumn on Monday and at first she couldn't find my procedure or results, then she found them but couldn't tell me the results without asking the doctor. She said she'd call me the next day and didn't. I called back today and she acted annoyed with me. She said she wasn't able to connect with the doctor but will call me tomorrow...we'll see...absolutely no confidence in this clinic.

My coworker referred West Valley Colon & Rectal Surgery Center to me last month, January 2021. She told me about all the good things that they experienced from their visit and procedure last 2016. I am very glad that I called them right away and not anywhere else. I was really in pain and I needed immediate help from a specialist. When I first called them, I was able to speak to a very nice lady, her name is Adriana. She listened to me and my concerns. She didn't disregard what I felt. It is my first time to see a specialist and I was very worried and scared. Not disregarding a patient's feelings is a very important aspect of good customer service. She seemed to take my feelings into account and that felt very personal and relatable to me. It's not everyday that you find someone with this level of passion and concern for what she does. She patiently answered all my questions and assured me that everything will be alright and she is so right, I am recovering and everything went well. Thank you, Adriana! YOU ARE THE BEST!! Heather is great too! When I first walked in the satellite office, I heard her talking to another patient and she said that, \EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE and you are GONNA BE OKAY.\ I really appreciate her saying that to another patient who was also scared about his procedure. Hearing that from someone working in the center made me feel that I AM IN GOOD HANDS. Dr. Yushuva is a very professional doctor. He is very thorough on what he does. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help. All in all, this surgery center deserves more than 5 stars! They exceeded beyond my expectations. All of the people from every department are very kind, helpful and relatable. They have a very excellent customer service.
