Our family and our mother in law who lives at William Wood have nothing but praise for the staff. The way they have cared and do care for mum is extremely good. They are facing difficult times at present yet every day they leave their families to care for 32 loved ones. Staff we salute you and thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. Maybe others have had a bad experience but the negative review I have read posted here seems grossly unfair. As a retired social worker I have very high expectations so I hope people get a balanced view of the care and support given at William Woodhouse. Well done guys I clap you every Thursday.
