Traumatising, went in hope of having tooth taken out due to bad decay causing immense pain. Greeted by a Spanish (I think) lady who immediately begins to bark at me that they only offer temporary procedures and that I should register with a permanent dentist asap (I hadn't said a single word yet at this stage), I show her which tooth is problematic and she says I can either have temp filling or the nerve extracted, but nerve extraction takes longer and she is trying to persuade me to opt for the filling. I want the pain to end permanently and would prefer nerve removed but am wary now but I can tell she doesn't want to do it. I ask for a brief explanation of the procedure and she says \why u want to know? how much do u know about dentistry? I don't have time to explain as I only have 15 mins allocated for each patient\. This is too long a story already to go into what happened next but rest assured that it was the only time I have ever been scared and now emotionally scarred by a trip to the dentist. Steer clear of this lady.
