I can't thank the home enough for the way they looked after my dad during his last few months. The staff were amazing (especially Haridas who really is a credit to the home) the home itself is lovely and clean and everyone you come into contact with were pleasant and always willing to help. The staff always kept us imfomed. Would recommend this home to anybody

I cannot thank the staff at the Pinelodge enough for their care and thoughtfulness when looking after my mother. They always kept me informed of her wellbeing and went the extra mile to ensure she felt appreciated and valued. It really did feel like a family. Very warm staff and they try to keep the same people on each floor so they build relationships with those living there. A dedicated key member of staff is given to each resident and my Mums was so kind. A low turnover of staff was observed on my mother’s floor. Thank you for your care Pinelodge.

My aunt has been a resident for over 18 months. The Manager and staff are caring professionals who have never failed to respond to any concerns and are always in touch to advise me of any changes in my aunts status. Regular reviews take place and I am confident that her stay has enhanced her wellbeing during a difficult period of her life.

Three star for the building.... Staff didn't see anybody. Staff and the name of the care home were invisible . What's more… there is no one to answer phones… so as far as the communication is concerned… no stars and there is no excuse for that…

I think the majority of homes in general appear very pleasant, the carers are polite and there is an overall positive atmosphere when visiting for the first time. I found it to be a very peaceful haven in the opening few months. It wasn't until the end of my late grandma's time there that I was advised by a lovely carer (who's name will remain anonymous for obvious reasons) that two other carers there had been extremely heavy handed and rough with my already suffering Grandma. This is not acceptable under any circumstances. When your elderly Grandparents are vulnerable, both mentally and physically and require the utmost care provided for their own wellbeing, it is not morally right in any sense to be careLESS In a job where required to do the opposite. My soul purpose is to seek justice to a lady who wasn't treated 100% correctly and more importantly my Nanna. Also to raise awareness and stress to take extra care when registering your loved ones with a place they can see out there remaining days as a safehouse, a home with the peace they deserve.
