I ordered a custom lighthead and waited the estimated lead time (3-4 weeks) plus a few more weeks. upon emailing for an update they stated that the lighthead was not allowed in the configuration I wanted and that they \dropped the ball by not contacting me\ and offered a different configuration or a refund.(stated directly by the president Michael Netherton) I replied the same day stating that I'd like the refund (8/11/20), as of today (9/7/20) I have not received the refund nor a reply to any email I've sent since that date.

Order some tail lights for my trailer. I didn't receive an email after I place my order and they charged my credit card. Luckily I printed out a receipt. It been over a month and I haven't received my lights. I called multiple times and left multiple VM but no call backs. I sent multiple emails with status but didn't get any reply. I have reported to BBB. I wouldn't do business with them!!!!!
