Awesome customer service! I came in today because the 17 pitch prop I tested was revving too high, 2000 RPM's at an idle, so they swapped me out for a 19 pitch prop no questions asked. I was relieved/thrilled since I didn't have the receipt, didn't matter. I will be a customer for life, worth the drive!

Would love to shop here for products as I've heard great things but with the hours only Mon-Fri 9-4pm and closed on weekends, I'd never be able to get a prop or assistance if I needed it.

If you need someone that knows their craft inside out and upside down this is your place, even for something as simple as an outboard prop. Darren knows his stuff and will get you what you need. Very happy with the service and recommendation he offered me. Back to fishing!

I sent a picture of my bent stainless propeller to the office. They replied timely that they weren't able to repair it but offered a set of refurbished/refinished propeller for 1000.00. When I finally decided to buy the propellers, they PROMPTLY shipped them. Mind you, I called them about 2-3pm in the afternoon. They were on my DOORSTEP the next afternoon. I'm only 2 hours away in Tri-Cities, WA but they definitely took action to get them shipped right away. Your customer service, timeliness e and your expertise are a great combination. Sometimes you can find expertise but not great customer service. Not here, they got it all. Thanks guys and gals!
