About the facilities they will provide you all the things which are assured to you. You will get more protection and security in this PG, the surrounding environment as well is very good and people friendly. Food quality 9/10. Cleaning 10/10. PP owner is very serious with his business so you will not suffer with any problem in this PG. Top Notch Experience! Owner gives excellent response on complaints and feed back. Would live to come back for sure. Yes, I got my deposit back :)

I have stayed in Souza's Coastal PG for quiet a long time and I have absolutely loved the stay.. Its pretty clean & tidy and the housekeeping work is excellent.. the authentic Mangalorean food they provide is so tasty. You get a homely atmosphere & the staff is so kind & friendly.. I would strongly recommend this PG, as it is one of its kind in this area for working professionals & students. Not to forget, the mini gaming zone is provided on the ground floor in addition with all other facilities.. Thank you Souza's staff for the wonderful service & hospitality.!
Best PG near BTM, my girlfriend stays here.. they provide 24/7 security, self cooking facility, 24 hr check in and out and all other basic facility. They also have a Foosball table which is great entertainment. The PG is located near to the market where everything is easily accessible. She always compliments the pg about their yummy mangalorean food. Would recommend this pg to all the girls/women.

In my experience,This PG is one of the best PG's in Bangalore. I have been staying there for more than 6 months, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that this PG is managed professionally with the utmost care. Management here is very much detail oriented and they are well aware of the commitment they make to the occupants.
