Great studio, nice and hot. All of the common areas of the studio are clean and the teachers are all very friendly. Darren and Stacey, the lovely couple who own the studio always display great customer service and have done a great job renovating the studio over the past 12 months or so. Previously I had attended two others studios on the GC which, due to poor customer service, both failed to retain my custom. Now I only attend Bikram in Southport.

Bikram Yoga Southport ticks all the boxes in what you may wish for in a yoga studio. Beautiful big yoga room, state of the art infrared heating, a wide array of classes, amazing teachers & pristine bathrooms - it is an experience you will never forget. If you live or are visiting the Gold Coast do yourself a favour & check out this yoga studio. The studio is run by 2 beautiful, open hearted human beings who will make sure that you are looked after every step of the way.
This was my first time doing Bikram and I've only ever done a handful of yoga classes. I was so nervous. After we began, I felt really comfortable to go at my own pace. If it became to much I simply layed down and came back to my breath. I went to work after and felt really good. My muscles were aching the next couple of days, which I love, because that shows me that I had a beautiful workout and those qching muscles were in fact me growing stronger. I'd definitely love to come again.
After many years away from yoga, I have totally fallen in love with Bikram Yoga Southport. The owners and instructors have always made me feel like a part of an extended yoga family. I am sure you will be as delighted as I am, and I hope you come a long and join us, no matter what your past experience is.
Just awesomely beautiful people. So happy I found this place. Highly recommend for anyone even those with self esteem issues. You won't have that after going here. Very greatful to Darren, Robbie and Natasha for their kindness, warmth and patience. Awesome place!
BYSouthport is a fantastic studio offering a range of different classes including the good old 90min 26/2 Bikram, intermediate Bikram, Vin, Yin, Kundalini. The Yogi Community is amazingly welcoming and supportive and the special events not to be missed! Totally love it ️
I love the Challenge of Bikram Yoga & Stacy & Darren along with all the fabulous teachers have made me feel so comfortable.. I’m feeling stronger everyday
Lovely studio - bright and welcoming. High standards of cleanliness and spacious changing rooms and showers. Darren delivered an energetic, inspiring class with humour and empathy. There’s a very obvious sense of established community here but, as a newcomer, I was still welcomed with open arms. Would definitely recommend and will be bringing my own family.
