1 star Michelin restaurant which serves freshwater fish and works with caviar and fresh herbs from its own acuaponic system. The dishes are always original and beautifully presented and delicious. Their food and wine pairing won't please everybody, as they often use nature and sherry like wines. But they also have a wine menu with more \classic\ wines. Only negative point is that not everybody in the staff speaks descent English, making it difficult to understand the dishes. But all and all, a very nice culinary experience.

Started off the full tastingdinner with some sherry and four appetites they where little bit indecisive in taste and lacking in texture a little bit but all over a good start. Oyster and caviar with the hint off peanut butter in the bottom was genius! Gazpacho and chilicrab, for my taste more chili. Sturgeron with mushroom and truffles paired with the red wine from Ronda was magic. Every dessert where brilliant in texture, freshness, acidity and taste wonderful!!! But why no Spanish brandy (carlos1) for the coffee? I would come back for sure and very reasonable pricesetting food 100 wine 50. Best Regards Anders and Malin
The food was amazing, it was a set menu: all seafood. Presentation was amazing and the staff were fluent in both English and Spanish and were quite knowledgeable. I had some dietary restrictions so the chef was great in adjusting and accommodating to our needs. It was all in all a great experience.
Nice and friendly restaurant. We tried the tasting menue with the accompanying wines. I found the wine selection very interesting. We had the restaurant entirely to ourselves on a Wednesday. When booking we did not get a booking confirmation, but we assumed all was ok - and it was. Perhaps this lack of booking confirmation was the reason we had the whole restaurant to ourselves
