What an absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Don and team were so professional, offering loads of choice and a quick and efficient ordering process. The price was extremely good value for money for a top quality product and I’m absolutely delighted with the fitting, the carpet looks phenomenal. Can't fault them. Super speedy - I loved being able to lay out the sample books at home in the room they are going to be laid. We added a whole extra room to the fit about a week before they were due to come round - didn't bat an eye. Very friendly and courteous - Luke offered to help me move any furniture back into the rooms and even helped me with a mattress upstairs (completely unrelated to the job!). One carpet was fitted in a very cold room and bobbled a bit when it warmed up but they were round the same day to sort it - all included in the service.

Absolutely fabulous for both quality and service. Don delivered loads of sample books so I could choose at home. It's so important to see the carpet where it is actually going to be laid, next to your furniture and furnishings. Excellent value for money. I booked my appointment for the fitting and they arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. I absolutely love my new carpet and would definitely recommend.
