I had a nice experience with the staff while at the location but perhaps a little more training would be helpful. A week later....my arm still looks like I was in battle. I have given plasma before and I have NEVER experienced this before. A picture is worth a thousand words. So. Many. Colors.

As a whole a solidly-oiled machine. I would like to shoutout Xavier, though. I called to dispute and he was so patient, kind, and understanding. We spent 23 minutes on the phone together in the middle of his work day, only coming to find out that the problem initiated from my own negligence. An 11/10 guy, God speed man.
Yesterday was my first time donating plasma. The intro and screening staff were informative, as well as kind and friendly to me- making the process smooth for a first-timer. The staff who were facilitating the actual donation of my plasma were gentle and answered any questions I had. They were constantly checking to make sure I wasn’t having any issues. Thank you for a pleasant experience, I will be back. Happy New Year, CSL!
Very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I came as a first time donor and was told to bring a social security card and dl and a bill. I did, I was told because I have an extra name on ss and it didn’t match the 8 other forms of ID I had showing verification.... They wouldn’t let me donate.. I thought there was a need for plasma.. What a joke. Very discriminatory, and involved my abusive mother. I told them about the custody and how I got her name. They were very rude and even joked about it! Never go here! Go to another location or company, THE RED CROSS!
This was my second time coming and the staff wasn't friendly. Lady with long purple braids tried to force me out the building because I had a child with me. If kids aren't allowed put up a sign and put it on the website. She wouldn't even give me chance to get the car keys from my boyfriend. Its 50 degrees outside and I had a child with me. I wasn't leaving till I got the keys. It's crazy how people treat others in need especially so called nurses.
