The team of Sione, George and Callum did a fantastic job today installing insulation under the floor and in the ceiling for us at Kaiwaka. This job was not straight forward but they went well beyond their call of duty. Courteous polite and hard working young men who deserve a big pat on the back.
Incompetent staff across the board. I ordered a specific insulation product and something else was brought for installation which I refused to accept. They arranged another date for installation. Installer were less than competent and didn't know the scope of work which was explained to the salesman. Who was never heard of after selling. The saga doesn't end here, in the process of installing, the ventilation system filter was reversed in direction which caused dirty air to be blown in our home for days until I went up in the roof for inspection. Ventilation ducts were crushed too.
