My husband and I saw Dr. Rubenstein this morning! What a fabulous and caring man! His nurse was also 5 star! Jonathan was shadowing him and we enjoyed meeting him! My husband had an unusual issue, but Dr. Rubenstein really listened and got a plan going! He even reassured me that it wasn't what I feared! Feeling well cared for and thankful this afternoon! We would recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Rubinstein and staff were very very pleasant. He will ask why you told me that, in case it maybe important to know. But that highly effective communication. Both my wife and I highly recommend Dr Rubinstein. His nurse Steph is very nice and helpful. TY to the whole team

Dr Rubenstein is amazing, I suffered with chronic vertigo for years. I'm so glad I found him. I've seen many Drs in many states and only one has been able to diagnosis me. He listens every time, never have a wait. His staff is also very polite. Great office!

I would give him no stars if it were possible. Do not even bother with him unless you want to be insulted, demeaned and feel like you are bother to him. I was never taken seriously even after showing video evidence. I would just go to UW if you have any neurology issue.

Arrogant is the best way to explain his manner. He was almost yelling at me. I started saying yes Sir. And he did not flinch, like he expected it. I got diagnosed with MS and that’s a bit sad etc.... is this guy depressed? And nurses were standing there not listening to me saying this is a hard day to handle. Clueless robots. As they never relayed my message to him. 3 of them looked kind of scared or not able to retain communication.
