What a surprise to find in the area! Great stuff and people will never forget the visit!
I ordered a pair of slippers in November as a Christmas present and we are now in February. I have not received my order and have called and emailed multiple times to find out the status of my order. They have not written back or returned my phone call. I have used this company for the last 4 years, very disappointed with them.
I dropped my jacket off a month ago for a simple small stitching fix needed on a sheepskin jacket. Never got a call when it was finished, no one picked up the phone when I called, and the voicemail box was full. I show up to see what's going on, and find that it's been done. The man, presumably the owner, doesn't know what to charge me, so he asks me what the lady said when I dropped it off, and he picks a price at the upper end of the range she gave me. The stitching was done in white, and so stood out starkly against the tan coat. The corners were already ripping. To top it off, I couldn't even get a good name to bring my coat to get it cleaned, as I bought it used. I know I can Google who's around, but you'd think a shop like this to know which one(s) are good places. Just brought it to a place to get cleaned, and the owner there says he can completely redo the stitching they messed up for HALF the price. He pointed out that it seems to have been done with a machine, rather than by hand... The place has some beautiful products, but don't take your items there to get repaired!
Customer service personnel are polite and not pushy. Lambskin shoe liners and wool steering wheel covers are comfortable & long-lasting, use them on a daily basis.
I’ve been a loyal customer for many years... way before the fire closed your store down and you had to relocate. I’m on my 3rd. Pair of slippers from your store. I was shocked to find a tag yesterday, in my right slipper, that said “Made in China”. Very disappointed! I thought you made all your own stuff??? Won’t be going back!
Went to Sheepskin Factory to get seat covers for my new Mini Cooper. Cooper seats aren't typical...lots of curves and angles to hold your body in place. Louie at the Sheepskin Factory pulled seat covers from stock. They were beautiful, super-plush and the perfect charcoal grey color BUT...they didn't fit well. He suggested that I give him about 3 hours and he would have them tailored to fit. PRESTO...2 1/2 hours later I got the call, covers are ready and installed. I could not believe how well they fit the seats!!! Absolutely PERFECT!!! My suggestion: if you have a pretty standard seat and don't care about a few wrinkles then go for the stock option but, if you're like me and want that absolutely perfect fit on a hard to fit seat, then go for custom. It's worth the extra bucks and if my old seat covers are any indication, they will last a very, very long time. Thanks Louie...every time I open my car door and see your seat covers I smile! :)
Reasonable prices. Service was nice. The women I spoke to knew about the products.
