I have been lucky enough to have been training with Sercan for a year. Sercan understands my fitness goals and each time provides me with the new sets of exercises to keep our PT sessions challenging and increasing the intensity levels. As an advanced fitness enthusiast I am always looking for new movements to work my muscles, and Sercan always surprises me with new routines, that I can incorporate when working out myself/while traveling. It shows how much knowledge he possesses, not only when it comes to training, but also nutrition advice. His positive attitude creates a fun workout where we laugh, and where I sometimes have to curse (in the most friendly way) when he pushes me outside my comfort zone. I couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you for all your work and to many more workouts!

I started training with Serge earlier this year. He’s very accommodating and even drags himself to the park since I like working out outdoors! I am doing a lot of boxing training with him since I think it’s a fun workout and great stress relief. Serge is very knowledgeable and won’t let me get away without learning some proper boxing techniques too. Highly recommend working with him.

I'd definitely recommend Sergy for PT classes. I started training with him January and felt I was at my best shape by summer. Sessions are varied, with focus on core & overall strength. He is very professional, has never missed a session or run late and always has a positive attitude. He is also at an amazing physical condition himself which is inspirational and provides no doubt that he knows what he's doing.

I couldn’t recommend Sercan enough. Having trained with him for over a year he is always able to keep the workouts varied and interesting, whilst at the same time pushing me to my limits. Focusing on intensity, strength but also all round functional movement, ensuring I am making gains all round. He is completely invested in your fitness journey and is always on hand to support, in and out of the studio. At the end of the day the results speak for themselves and right now I’m in the best shape of my life.
