I'm writing this note and feeling that whatever I write it's to do justice to the Savory & Partners (S&P) Dubai office for their superb efficiency, knowledge , utmost customer care and attention and above all their human care and touch which is very rare these days in the corporate world focusing only on profits at any cost . I'm a Lebanese national and my experience with S&P Dubai office started randomly when I came across an add for Dominica citizenship and after starting the process with them and spending quite sometime from both sides until we reached to the final stage of completing the file for submission, my situation has unfortunately changed due to the various issues happening in Lebanon and had to terminate my application. I felt so bad and didn't know what to write them because they spent a great deal of time and communications for the file to be completed. But felt that I should share my situation with them all openly hoping that they will understand the need to terminate. In summary, the response and compassion I received from the S&P Dubai office was overwhelming and beyond expectations which exceeded by far our expectations for what we asked from them although as I mentioned they have spent extensive amount of time on our file and ofcourse they incurred a great deal of costs as well. Throughout my 36 years in the worldwide corporate environment I have not come across such situation where a company would put the financial aspect aside and deal with it from a purely humanitarian and compassionate aspects. It sent my wife and I in tears and will never forget this! We all heartedly and sincerely with S&P Dubai all the best of success and prosperity, both personally to the staff and management and professionally to the organization.
