I have had 2 ER visits to turn into inpatient stays. The staff and doctors were fantastic! I had our third child there and was also Impressed! I have a major surgery scheduled due to the inpatient stays and the team I’m working with are top notch. Nurses for the most part are kind and always available. Highly recommend over Manhattan.

Very poor communication. Our company received approximately 10 phone calls during the day and all had a fax sound. Nothing was delivered to our fax machine. I called this morning to find out what is going on and the person who answered said they would not know anything. Now a hospital this big should be able to transfer you to someone who could look into this.

I would give them a negative if possible. Went in February sent over from VA to get checked for influenza. They took both my cards my Medicare and my care in community threw VA . Since I went I been hound by these people for 72.09 which I have giving them all my info 6 times 4 times on answer machine the billing department are useless. Now turned me over to collection even though It could be paid by one phone call to va they rather not bother . Very bad service the billing staff

Took my daughter in for a needle that broke in her foot after stepping on it. Everyone was sooo nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. I had a amazing experience there . I would recommend this hospital!
