Went at short notice to WCDC, St Austell with an infected crown. I was seen by the dentist and dentist nurse who were extremely professional, helpful and explained everything very well. I had to have the crown extracted, this was done without any pain or discomfort. I can't fault the treatment I received and the advice given. Thank you both, sorry can't remember your names, you did an excellent job.

I came in with the most awful pain with an infected tooth. Not only were the staff very comforting but also the kindest people. They made sure the extraction was painless and quick. Thank you for taking the pain away!

My husband starting suffering with extreme toothache yesterday. We phoned nhs who advised to phone West Country dental at 8am next morning. They don’t open till 8.30. So all night hubby in pain, not able to sleep. Suffers with PTSD. Restricted to only one pain killer due to heart and medication. Rang at 8.30. Asked what the symptoms were. Told the lady and then told to go to your own dentist Monday morning and to chemist to control the pain. Told criteria was if patients face was swollen or there was bleeding. Basically anything else take a running jump. So if you ring the Drs out of hours at least you get to see someone. Drs, nurses all overworked and underpaid. Dentists fully overpaid but don’t offer same service, especially for NHS patients. Tried explaining to this lady my husbands situation but didn’t want to hear. No doubt didn’t want to be working on a Sunday. Totally useless service.

Went here for an emergency dental apointment. Staff were friendly and really helped offset any fear I had couldn't have asked for more l. Easily the best experience I've had at a dentist and while having a wisdom tooth removed at that.
