We went to Petco in search of new food for our senior dachshund and the new dachshund puppy were getting and ran into Mary in the food aisle. She was the most informative and helpful employee I’ve ever come across in a store. She was so transparent and helpful. She explained all the differences in the varieties of foods and what were our best options without pressuring us into anything. As we searched for other items she found us in the store and provided a coupon book for bringing home a new puppy. We scored a free bag or food and lots of useful other coupons. When checking out the manager overheard that we were getting a puppy and offered to give us a coupon for a free rabies shot! I was disappointed he couldn’t find and coupons however as we were loading up the car he came out into the parking lot with one he found in the back. Talk about amazing customer service. This experience alone has won me over and earned my business for sure. I’m so thankful for employees that enjoy their job and care about their customers!
They have pretty much everything you need for your pet. And there classes for dogs and grooming is amazing from what I hear/ seen when I walked in. And the employees are very nice and walk up and ask you if you need help with anything almost right away

This product was recommended for puppy potty training and it works !!! Odor masked, easy cleanup. Trained 3 Jack Russell Terrier pups while transitioning to outdoors.
