The grass here is so delectable, the ground is not too hard so my hooves and knees are sore but also not to soft that I tumble over all the time and crush my rider. Lol. At the back on the third field there is a patch of hay that is always there that is really green and really tasty!!! On the second field there is a pile of wet dirt so if your rider hits you too much that's the best place to kick them off. Happy running
Lovely Place
This is a very beautiful Polo Club with three playing fields; two world class fields, the International and the Supremo with another excellent playing field the Celebrity which sports a magnificent pavilion. When walking these well drained fields the playing surfaces have a five star carpet like feel underfoot making them virtually slip proof for the protection of both horses and players. The club house has timber paneling with a very spacious open plan central area and a mezzanine leading onto other areas; most impressive. The Club hosted the 2017 World Polo Championships which should give some idea if its standing. The whole creation is set within hundreds of acres of parkland surroundings with thousands of planted trees, a mini-lake with water spouts and made roads. There are also a number of training tracks and riding trails for the conditioning of polo horses. The stables, which really have to be seen to be properly appreciated, the pavilion, vine covered shade houses, associated buildings are all quality making the entire site a preferred location for motion picture and advertising filming. In a polo locale with many clubs, Sydney Polo Club is the standout: it is the epitomisation of the best of polo facilities.
Had such an amazing experience trail riding here! Took family when they visited sydney and they said it was a highlight. So relaxing and blissful. Highly recommend to try it out!
