Muddy during most of winter due to rain and frost but the jumps are still solid as well as the pump track. For kids wear boots in the winter as my toddlers spend half the time squishing around in the mud . Closest bike park to Vancouver and a great place to learn. I'm 35 and just learning jumps. It's a bit intimidating as there are 10 year olds that just fly and I'm barely making it over the small tables. But also a great learning experience as everyone, even the kids, are willing to share there tips and advice. Also I can have my toddlers play by themselves on the pump track or in the mud and I have a clear view of them while I jump (very important so even I get to have fun). Oh and the garden City park is around the corner so perfect for a day out with the kids/toddlers. Have a good ride!

Great for new and advanced bike riders, with a nice selection of jumps, and a small pump track.
I do like bike parks. There should be more in the area. This one has some nice technical features including a relatively flat figure 8ish pump track and several jump loops. It also has a skinny circuit without the deadly drop offs found on the North Shore. The jumps are not as crazy as Vanier Park but still thrilling.
Nice bumps made of dirt. Can play there all day!
Fun! There's a little loop that my 4 year old beginner can do. It can get a bit busy with advanced riders, so keep that in mind if your kids are just starting out.
