We bought our motorhome from Pullingers in February 2020, owing to COVID we were only able to collect it in June 2020. Wonderful friendly service, helpful and informative during handover and very supportive since. We wholeheartedly recommend the team from Pullingers as they are a great example of a decent, honest friendly dealer.
Having purchased a Motorhome from Pullingers there were a couple of issues that needed rectifying, the after sales service was outstanding, they completed the rectifications in excellent time and the staff member met and walked through all issues to ensure I was completely satisfied . Would definitely recommend and will be returning to have additions fitted.

I purchased a Dethleffs Globebus in August 2020.pleased with the van until last month when I took it out for the first week away.The first problem I noticed was one of the headlight units was letting in rain water in the inside of the unit Problem number two was the leisure battery discharged in a matter of two hours after it had been charged for 48hrs.On closer inspection I came to the conclusion it was the original leisure battery and must be getting on for 13years old. I have emailed Pullingers twice and phoned once.I have not received a call back or even an acknowledgement email as yet.In the end I spent 175quid replacing a new leisure battery because basically the van was unusable and asked them to pay for it....no reply! I still have the problem of the headlight and I have been told that the two fire extinguishers that was in the van are now illegal so I have replaced them also. I thought buying from a dealer would be piece of mind unfortunately so far this is not been the case for me.The van cost me 27000 not a small sum of money and I would expect to be treated a little better .Having12 month warranty is not worth having if the dealer won't address any problems that may arise....very disappointing and getting a bit angry. Updated....I had a very nice email from Barrie and he is now in the process of booking my van into pullingers workshop so iam a lot happier.
