I am a customer who regularly spends good money every week there but I no longer will be. The food is good when they are able to deliver hot and cooked properly which unfortunately no longer seems to be the case. The staff has always been rude but I used the slice app to avoid dealing with them. We have had cold food and mistakes here and there but we love the food so we tolerated it. As of recently they seem to be completely unable to deliver hot properly cooked food. They claimed to not offer refunds and clearly aren't staffed to properly do their job, on Saturday at least. The wings and pizza are good when they are not cold and undercooked but that is the only way they arrive anymore so I will be finding another establishment moving forward.

I got the garlic bread roll cheesesteak. When I unwrapped it it looked a little thin. The roll was perfect for making garlic bread. Not much bread and crusty. The meat was good but could have used a little more. I'm not sure what was going on with the cheese. It had a good amount of mushrooms and fried onions but they could have spent some more time on the grill together. Something burnt the roof of my mouth. I don't know if that was the butter from garlic bread or the oil was that was dripping out of the cheesesteak. This cheesesteak was really close to being really good. Maybe being first thing in the morning at something to do it.
I called 02/13/21 to place an order and the representative that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE! These people clearly do not value their customers. I informed the lady that she was not very being very nice and she said she was busy and didn’t have time to be nice. They lost my business due to this. I highly recommend you go to any of the other local pizzerias that actually value their customers - there is plenty of local competitors who would love to earn your business during a time like this.
Their pizza is on point. Even the crust is delicious. Still tastes the same as it did 20 years ago when I used to buy it after school.
Yummy. I live in Muhlenberg and I was at the hospital getting some blood work done and I haven't eaten anything and I chose to come here because and I haven't eaten anything and I chose to come here because the food is excellent! I put the Italian spice pack on myself yummy
