This review is going to sound like it’s from an employee or an employee’s family member, but I’m neither. I attended the Residential Night event on Thursday. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. I met with six different department representatives and found them to be really patient and collaborative. The supervisor, Tracy, also went above and beyond to ensure I received the information related to my multiple permit applications.

If i could give a zero i would. department is an absolute joke. If you can imagine working with the DMV times that by 1000x. Different people give me different answers to my permits. Some managers even contradict there own quidlines. Horrible place to work with.
