Worst! Our windows were 3 weeks late! Kept telling us new arrival dates every time we called to see what the hold up was. They did not offer us any install discount or anything. Just had a “not my issue” attitude. Will never do business again with this company.

We had a new kitchen designed with Selkirk and had a great experience. Karin helped us design the cabinets and gave us great advice on the types and sizes of cabinets (since we had never done a remodel before-we needed advice). She was very professional and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. She brought in a cabinet installer, Jasen, who was amazing, on time, and a diligent worker. We also bought a counter top, those installers were also great. There were a couple hick-ups during the start to finish process -mostly that was really beyond their control, but Selkirk, the cabinet installers, and counter top manufacturer all made sure they did everything they could to ensure we were happy with the end result. I read a couple yelp reviews that said the owners were rude, i found the exact opposite to be true. In fact, i locked my keys in my car 1 day and they offered to drive us home (30 minutes 1 way) in the middle of a work day. Anyway, I would surely use them again. Professional, kind, honest and if a mistake is made-(we all have been guilty of that) they (or those they contract with) own it and fix it-no excuses. That to me is the most important after quality products.

Came for porch screens June 25. Three weeks turned into six. Screens not tight. Excuse given that they didn't want to \hour glass frames.\ While a \free fix\ was offered, I decided to not endure wait. I am sure they treat those arriving in a Lexus better than us locals in our 25 year old pick ups. Good place if you have the dough.

A highly professional business which responds quickly during each step of the process from contacting them to schedule an appointment, to measuring the job, ordering the window product and final installation. Real pros and the price was less than I thought it would be!. They replaced a very old six-foot by eight-foot picture front window with a beautiful new vinyl-encased, double-paned unit with small sliding windows with screens in the lower portion for added cross-ventilation. Better than I ever expected! We are now In the process of replacing my old deck slider with a new unit and I believe the result will be -- again -- even better than I expect. :-D
