Billing here is a rip. My wife and I had the same visit and they charged us two different prices. We asked the cost for the visit before we went. Same visits two different prices. Also they doubled the prices. Should not be able to practice with their billing scam. staff was also rude and snarky. Dr's were nice
Please find another office to treat any vein procedure you have or are considering taking. The office charges were over 200.00 and I never had a procedure done. I was under the impression that my office visit was a complmentary consultantation. I will never step into that office again. This incident was on June of 2020. Extremely Dissatisfied. NO STARS
Hernia surgery with mesh was unsuccessful. Dr. said it was done properly. Hernia pops out Into my belly. Painfull at times. The doctor \found me a belly support\ he said they were easily found in hospitals and he'd\ get me one.
My husband recently had a cyst removed from his scalp, a simple outpatient procedure that took only about 15 minutes in the office, and now we've received a ridiculously overpriced bill. Not to mention an overpriced bill also for just the consultation alone. The billing department (person) was vague on pricing and didn't answer any of our questions knowledgeably. The surgeon (Dr. Charles Castillo) gave us no after care instructions and he did a horrible job on the stitches. Clearly, as others have stated as well, this place only cares about money! Please do your research first before making an appointment here.
