Over 2.5 hours after placing the order, and still no pizza. Why even offer delivery???? At this point my guests(family) have left, and I've spent 34 on pizza for nothing. When I called to check on the order, 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time (an hour and a half after I placed the order) they suggested that I come pick it up, because it was ready and waiting in the restaurant, and there is only one delivery driver so there was no ETA on when it would be delivered. So I went to pick it up, only to arrive and be told the delivery driver had come and picked up my order, but no way to know what order it would be delivered or how many other deliveries were ahead of mine, and they were very sorry. - update - pizza just arrived. Room temperature, and around 2 hours after the expected delivery time. Order placed at 7:51pm - Expected delivery time was 8:36pm - actual delivery time was 10:30pm. Our family is split on the quality of the pizza - I have noticed they've been getting giant bubbles in the crust lately, which didn't used to be the case. I think it tastes fine. We've tried to be regular customers for the past 5 years, and especially during covid to show support for the pizza shop right up the street from us. But saying you're sorry, isn't really providing quality service. I would suggest discontinuing delivery, or calling customers and giving them the option to pick up or cancel, because right now, I am a much more dissatisfied customer than I would have been if I had just been told I would need to pick it up to begin with.

I’m very disappointed in GC pizza! I grew up on this pizza, everyday after school we would get slices—I USED TO love it so much. I recently moved back to the area and ordered a XL pizza. The delivery was a bit long, but no problem just happy it arrived. Until we opened the pizza! About 2 inches space between the toppings and the edge of the crust!!! For that we could have just ordered the smaller size!! The toppings were tasty but I don’t even know how someone can make a pizza like this, and still send it out for delivery. Definitely not to standard for any pizza shop! Won’t be back!

One of my favorite go to spots. Food is always good. However when you ask for extras and they charge you you don't really get extra. Ordered the 2 cheesesteak special added extra cheese and hot peppers. Cheese was good but so small amount of peppers didn't taste them. Disappointed I paid for extra. Overall good food

Overall, I enjoyed the cheese slice. Medium-thick crust, good flavors overall, but it needs more cheese and sauce to be a great slice. Friendly service. Not the kind of place you want to sit down and dine in. Would try again.
