Extremely satisfied with them. Very meticulous and fair price. Before I came here, I went to different gun shop to do PPT and they messed up the paperwork and refused to give my money back. I decided to try B and G guns afterwards. They do appointments so they can give you quality service. They took their time and paid attention to detail so I was able to get my gun without issue. Also they did not charge bs fees like the other gun shop. Great service. Fair fee. Six out of five stars.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased I am with B&G Guns and your staff. But before I do that, I want to give you some background. I have been around firearms from a very young age. My dad was a hunter safety instructor and rangemaster for many years. My brother is a policeman. I bought my first firearm in 1974 and I still have the original receipt. My gun collection has gone up and down over the years and every so often I get the bug to update it. That happened again this year. I went to a gun shop 2 miles away from me and purchased a Sig P220 and ordered some night sights that they installed. There were three employees I dealt with there and each one was more rude than the next. I had to call them a dozen times and they actually said, “We don’t call people back”. I finally got the gun and they messed up the sights, which I had to fix myself. As someone who preaches customer satisfaction in our business, I knew I would never go back there. You are 35 miles from my house, but near one of the places I work in Oxnard. From the moment I walked in, every person I met was extremely polite, very helpful and seemed to all work very well together. My first purchase went like clockwork and I was kept informed every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience. Since then, I have dealt with several other people at B&G guns, both purchasing additional firearms and using your indoor range. Every single person has gone out of there way to help me, including Matt who has been emailing me quick responses as late as 11:30 PM. Because of the outstanding service at B&G Guns, you have gained a customer for life. I just wanted to take the time to let you know that and hope you communicate that to the rest of your staff and management. Keep up the great work!
