This company has to be the worst in the East Midlands. Earlier today I had to be at work and the 77 strelley bus took over 40 mlns to show up in town when it should have been there in half the time. When I boarded the driver was rude beyond compare and the vehicle was that unhygienic it was almost un bareable. This company has much to improve

The morning No.4 service is of no doubt The worst bus service ever. No on-time performance, missed stops, rude bus driver, and many more. Last month, the bus passed my stop three time without any sign that the bus was full. And today, the driver simply discriminated his passenger by forcing me get-off. The driver asked one standee to get off without any reasons. I feel being discriminated by the bus driver as he just tried to expel me off the bus. This is the fourth time I file a complaint about the bus 4 service. The bus license plate is YT6I FFV, and it was operated by a Black driver.

Terribly rude and hostile drivers twice in one day. I have seen drivers literally scream and shout at passengers who seemed to make genuine mistakes. I was appalled by their behaviour. How embarrassing to even speak to anyone the way they did and in front of other passengers as well. Maybe an update on dealing with travelers needed, dealing with conflict as well.
