Like the guy before me if I could give less then a star I would. Absolute worst roofing company to deal with. How this company has been doing business with the likes of the school board and stuff really makes me think that they are lying. And their work is not any near satisfactory.
It seems as if recent business practices are trending in a very poor direction. Like others, I am very dissatisfied with how Eileen Roofing treated me. I arranged two months in advance for work to begin. On the date they were to commence, no one showed and no one called. This happened three more times before I asked them to leave the site as their trailer was taking up my parking and I was paying for permits for my vehicle. Richard, who handled my quote, was non-responsive. It was impossible to reach him via cell, text and email. When I final reached out to \Dianne\, the owner, she quickly pushed me right back to him. Bye bye accountability. Good luck staying in business.
Day 3 waiting to here from them,
I had the pleasure or should I say the displeasure of working with this company. Garbage work. Garbage customer service and when I called them to complain they didn’t even have the decency to calling me back. Find someone else
