NorTex was quick to arrive for the consultation and got us an estimate within 24 hours. Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail how the pergola job would be done and walking us through the design details to get the look we were after. Not only did they talk the talk, but the product they delivered exceeded our expectations. I think the best part of the experience was that the crew didn't need any direction or didn't need to be told to do fix any mistakes. Mainly because there were none. They had a plan and executed it per the contract. We couldn't be happier.

Don’t waste your time! Their work is poor, messy and their customer service is lacking. They installed my neighbors new fence and rolling gate for 15,000 and when we suffered a flat tire on the alley because they didn’t clean up they couldn’t even help for the cost of 1 tire when we had to then get 4 as a result. We came home to a mess of our yard daily! Wood, mud and concrete. I have NEVER seen another fence especially one done “professionally” have so much sharp concrete pushed out of the post hole and not cleaned.
Quality and value exceeding expectations. Our lot is not completely level and the crew actually designed the fence to have a “stepped” design which we were not expecting and adding lovely curved tops on the gates. In addition we bought the prestained wood which means longer life and looks beautiful. The crew was fantastic!
Editing a previous review. I had some issues with service, but the owner stepped up immediately, for which I am grateful. The fence gate work is fine, looks good, functions well. I had some service issues, but again, the owner stepped in and addressed everything. Thank you for that.
Nortex did a beautiful job on our screened patio. Mike was very hands on and the crew was fast and very professional. Part of there challenge was working in and around my flowerbed and not one plant was damaged during the installation. We are very happy and pleased with the craftsmanship of the design.
